State Fair Photography

This project focused on documenting the South Carolina State Fair as a fast-paced public event, capturing moments that communicate atmosphere, energy, and community engagement. The goal was to visually tell the story of the fair experience through a combination of candid human moments, environmental details, and dynamic movement within crowded spaces. Working in constantly changing lighting and high-traffic environments, the challenge was to quickly identify authentic moments while maintaining strong composition and timing. The resulting images highlight the interaction between people, color, and motion, demonstrating how visual storytelling can communicate the identity and experience of a large public event.
